*LATE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES FOR A SINGLE SERVICE RESULTS IN A NO SHOW AND DEPOSIT IS LOST.

*MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE ON MULTIPLE SERVICE'S WILL BE CONSIDERED A NOW SHOW AND DEPOSIT IS LOST.

THIS IS WHY WE ASK TO PLEASE BOOK CAREFULLY AND TO PLAN TO ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES EARLY SO THAT APPOINTMENTS STAY ON TIME.

*Check-In by texting when you park and remain in your vehicle*

there is no waiting area in the salon this is why we ask you to text your stylist and remain in your vehicle. Stylist will text you the moring of your appointment. that is the number you will use to check in.

*Please no phone calls in the salon*

this helps preserve the atmosphere for all clients receiving services and helps keep the appointments on schedule

*All Clients Must Come Alone*

There is no waiting area so that there are no distractions or disturbances to help preserve the relaxing atmosphere and to keep appointments running smoothly.  

Under 16 years of age may have only one adult in attendance. Please plan accordingly.

*No Calls / No Shows*

Deposit is lost. More than once and you will loose the ability to book future appointments with all stylists​

Must cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled after deposit is lost. so please book with care.
